Like major corporate franchises, DOEEAI provides all infrastructure, staffing, administrative support, and brand strength—while empowering local leadership to drive impact and profitability through education, health, and community service innovation.

Corporate Social Responsibility

  Program Structure

🔹 Tier 1: 100% Regional Management (Equity-Based Partnership)

  • Regional operator has full on-the-ground control over recruitment, local partnerships, and regional execution.
     
  • DOEEAI provides 100% of staff, systems, operational overhead, training materials, and programmatic support.
     
  • Operator earns 45% of net profits from all center-based revenue.
     
  • DOEEAI retains 55% ownership share and operational oversight.
     

🔹 Tier 2: Full Management License (Executive Operator License)

  • Operator has day-to-day and strategic control within DOEEAI’s corporate policies and brand system.
     
  • All staffing, supplies, and back-office support are provided by DOEEAI HQ.
     
  • Operator pays a fixed licensing and infrastructure fee.
     
  • DOEEAI retains full operational control, with the operator earning a scaled bonus structure based on performance, capped at 25% of center revenue.
     

📈  Revenue & Profit Structure

  • Gross Regional Revenue Share:
     
    • 45% to Regional Operator (Tier 1)
       
    • 55% to DOEEAI Corporate
       
  • DOEEAI will:
     
    • Provide licensed professionals, administrative support, software systems, and curriculum
       
    • Cover insurance, HR, payroll processing, and legal compliance
       
    • Handle inventory, facility leases, and IT support
       
  • Regional Centers must maintain a minimum 5% profit margin to retain operating status in good standing.

 Operator Qualifications

To be considered as a Regional Corporate Center Operator, candidates must:

✅ Submit a formal Letter of Intent & Business Proposal
✅ Provide a minimum downpayment non-refundable deposit (applies to setup and training costs)
✅ Complete a 3-month Corporate Acquisition & Franchise Operations Training (online & in-person)
✅ Successfully build at least one strategic local partnership within the 6-month pre-launch cycle
✅ Pass background and professional credentialing review
✅ Have a history of leadership in education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, or community services

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for key roles in administration, education, health and safety, and corporate services. Open positions include Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Manager to lead talent operations; Executive Assistant and Office Operations Manager to support senior leadership; and Special Education Teachers, Clinical Therapists, and Resource Specialists (RSP) within our Education & Therapy Division.
