Program Structure
Operator Qualifications
To be considered as a Regional Corporate Center Operator, candidates must:
✅ Submit a formal Letter of Intent & Business Proposal
✅ Provide a minimum downpayment non-refundable deposit (applies to setup and training costs)
✅ Complete a 3-month Corporate Acquisition & Franchise Operations Training (online & in-person)
✅ Successfully build at least one strategic local partnership within the 6-month pre-launch cycle
✅ Pass background and professional credentialing review
✅ Have a history of leadership in education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, or community services
What DOEEAI Provides
DOEEAI Corporation is actively recruiting skilled and mission-driven professionals to join our expanding teams across multiple divisions. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for key roles in administration, education, health and safety, and corporate services. Open positions include Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Manager to lead talent operations; Executive Assistant and Office Operations Manager to support senior leadership; and Special Education Teachers, Clinical Therapists, and Resource Specialists (RSP) within our Education & Therapy Division. In the Health and Safety Training Department, we are hiring CPR Instructors and Safety Compliance Officers for blended instruction models.
We also have dynamic openings in Sales and Outreach, including Account Executives and Community Engagement Liaisons, and are looking for Affiliate Marketers and Ambassadors to expand our reach. Our Technology and Media Division is hiring Web Developers, LMS Coordinators, and IT Support Specialists to power our digital platforms. Finance is seeking a Bookkeeper and Financial Analyst, while our Marketing and Communications team welcomes candidates for Brand Strategist and Content Writer positions.
