Dr. Elizabeth Esther Barkley, affectionately known as Dr. E.E. Barkley, is the foundress and chief architect of DOEEAI Corporation, a divinely led Integrated Faith-Based Benefit Corporation. Her credentials and apostolic calling carry the spiritual and academic weight necessary to lead, govern, and expand transformational works that unify healing, justice, education, and enterprise. Dr. Barkley holds a Doctor of Divinity, is a certified chaplain, and is an inducted Kappa Delta Pi (KDP) Honor Educator. Dr. Barkley’s scholarly, professional, and spiritual credentials establish DOEEAI as a beacon of righteousness, order, and restoration. Divine purpose is set for others through care, access, and excellence without compromise.
