Corporate Duties

 

Corporate Duties Management

All staff, under Regional Manager leadership, are required to execute the following weekly:

  • Attend all corporate team meetings and division-specific huddles
     
  • Make contact with at least 5 referral leads
     
  • Achieve 3 sales goals (confirmed and paid) per week
     
  • Reach out to 2 teammates for a relational lunch or check-in
     
  • Oversee and track one assigned project through to completion
     
  • Submit one act of corporate giving with receipt
     
  • Meet with Regional Lead weekly by EOD Friday for verbal report
     
  • Give a gift to at least one team member weekly
     
  • Send a Goodwill or Frufru Store Gift to any staff member sick or absent more than one day
     
  • Attend all corporate training series or development sessions as scheduled

DOEEAI HR Management Services – Target Roles to Fill

Each of these roles supports DOEEAI’s commitment to building a mission-driven, professionally accountable workforce. These positions ensure excellence in hiring, training, compliance, compensation, and team wellness.

 

1. HR Generalist / HR Manager

  • Manages daily HR operations including onboarding, benefits coordination, and policy enforcement
     
  • Supports employee relations, ensures legal and labor law compliance, and facilitates performance reviews
     

📌 2. Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator

  • Conducts outreach and job postings, screens resumes, and builds the candidate pipeline
     
  • Coordinates with Regional Account Managers for placement and induction processes
     

📌 3. Credentialing and Compliance Specialist

  • Verifies licensure, certifications, and qualifications of all practitioners and education staff
     
  • Maintains updated personnel files and regulatory tracking logs (HIPAA, FERPA, OSHA, etc.)
     

📌 4. Payroll & Compensation Analyst

  • Processes bi-monthly 1099 and salary-based payroll
     
  • Tracks hours, stipends, and incentives; ensures timely and accurate payments per contractor agreements
     

📌 5. Employee Engagement & Training Specialist

  • Plans and delivers training sessions, onboarding series, and leadership development programs
     
  • Coordinates wellness initiatives, staff recognition programs, and annual satisfaction surveys
     

📌 6. HR Administrative Assistant

  • Supports scheduling, document management, filing, and data entry for HR processes
     
  • Manages HR inbox, tracks leave forms, and coordinates meeting logistics

Service Accountability Reports

  • Submit completed Google Shared Reports for all assigned tasks and services
     
  • Reports are due weekly by Thursday 8:00 PM PST (regardless of time zone)
     
  • Attend mandatory Zoom face-to-face report session to confirm submissions and discuss outcomes
