DOEEAI CORPORATE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

WELCOME TO LEADERSHIP SCHOOL

 The DOEEAI Leadership Development Program is a structured six-month mentorship and internship experience designed to cultivate the next generation of visionary leaders within the Dove Operations for Education, Enterprise & Administration, Inc. (DOEEAI). This immersive program empowers participants with corporate-level mentorship, leadership training, project-based learning, and professional development designed to strengthen career readiness and personal growth.   


What Comes After Graduation?

Upon successful completion of the DOEEAI Leadership Development Program, graduates will be eligible to apply and interview for leadership roles within the DOEEAI Corporate Leadership Team.


This next step offers you the chance to serve as a regional, departmental, or executive leader within the DOEEAI network, supporting real-time operations and innovation across our educational, therapeutic, and enterprise divisions.


All candidates must successfully complete the DOEEAI Leadership Plan and fulfill all program requirements to qualify for leadership consideration.

Purpose

To equip aspiring leaders with the knowledge, tools, experience, and lifelong references needed to succeed in executive, administrative, and leadership roles across education, health, nonprofit, and enterprise sectors.

Program Structure

  • Duration: 6 Months
     
  • Frequency: 2 Meetings Per Week (Virtual or In-Person)
     
  • Format: Small cohort-based learning, 1:1 mentorship, and leadership internship
     

Program Components

  1. Mentorship & Coaching
     
    • Receive direct guidance from DOEEAI executives and senior leaders
       
    • Personal coaching on leadership style, communication, and decision-making
       

  1. Leadership Internship
     
    • Be placed into a leadership role within one of DOEEAI’s operational departments
       
    • Engage in supervised hands-on leadership experiences
       

  1. Capstone Projects
     
    • Complete a leadership-driven project aligned with your interests and DOEEAI’s mission
       
    • Present findings to the executive team
       

  1. Professional Development
     
    • Resume building and career branding
       
    • Public speaking, meeting facilitation, and professional writing workshops
       

  1. Legacy & Lifelong Access
     
    • Lifetime reference and recommendation from DOEEAI
       
    • Access to the Alumni Network and future leadership opportunities

  • Cost: $350.00 (One-Time Annual Fee for DOEEAI Membership Plan)
     
  • Eligibility:
     
    • Must commit to full 6-month program
       
    • Open to students, recent graduates, career changers, and current staff
       
    • Willingness to engage with assigned projects and leadership roles
