Strategic Recruitment Goals:

  • Identify and recruit mission-aligned sales professionals across education, healthcare, ministry, and public sectors.
     
  • Develop a multi-tiered sales pipeline through community events, job boards, LinkedIn campaigns, and faith-based networks.
     
  • Build and maintain a candidate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for tracking outreach, follow-ups, and onboarding timelines.
     
  • Partner with regional workforce centers, colleges, and ministry programs to attract diverse talent pools.

Corporate Duties Management

All staff, under Regional Manager leadership, are required to execute the following weekly:

  • Attend all corporate team meetings and division-specific huddles
     
  • Make contact with at least 5 referral leads
     
  • Achieve 3 sales goals (confirmed and paid) per week
     
  • Reach out to 2 teammates for a relational lunch or check-in
     
  • Oversee and track one assigned project through to completion
     
  • Submit one act of corporate giving with receipt
     
  • Meet with Regional Lead weekly by EOD Friday for verbal report
     
  • Give a gift to at least one team member weekly
     
  • Send a Goodwill or Frufru Store Gift to any staff member sick or absent more than one day
     
  • Attend all corporate training series or development sessions as scheduled

Each position is aligned with our mission to promote education, healing, and justice through faith-driven enterprise.


Sales Development Representatives (Outreach & Enrollment)

  • Serve as front-line contact for prospective clients, schools, and community partners
    Manage lead generation, follow-up, and enrollment into DOEEAI programs and services
    Represent product lines across education, therapeutic care, and workforce development
    Community Engagement Liaisons (Public Events & Partnership Sales)

  • Submit completed Google Shared Reports for all assigned tasks and services
     
  • Reports are due weekly by Thursday 8:00 PM PST (regardless of time zone)
     
  • Attend mandatory Zoom face-to-face report session to confirm submissions and discuss outcomes
